What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is subject to your preferred aircraft operator’s terms and conditions. Generally speaking, operators’ cancellation terms are much more generous than those offered by traditional brokers, as the costs of unnecessary administration are avoided.

What jets do you offer?
We offer all jet types suiting both the passenger size, flight time and even varied budget of our clients. Whether you are a small business group or a family looking to travel private on a budget, or a large group who wishes to fly long-haul in luxury – Charterscanner has you covered with a wide array of options. It doesn’t end there with helicopters and propeller-driven aircraft also made available according to your needs.

How soon can you source my desired aircraft?
With our 24-hour service manned round the clock by our team of experts, you can be guaranteed we will work towards meeting the most urgent of requests.

When should I arrive at the airport?
The latest acceptable arrival at Handling Agency's Info Point is 15 minutes before departure. The recommended arrival time is 45-30 minutes before departure.

Will there be WiFi onboard and how much does it cost?
The cost of using Wi-Fi onboard is an additional charge. This service and its fees are subject to the aircraft operator. Should WiFi be required, please request it when booking your private jet charter.

Is it allowed to use my mobile device during flight?
Regulated by the particular Captain on board, it will be announced during the flight if mobile devices are required to be set to flight mode or not.

If my flight was delayed/canceled, where do I get information about it?
In case of an expected delay exceeding 30 minutes or cancellation of the flight due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, technical issues), the customer will be informed proactively by phone call and/or SMS from the Charterscanner Customer Care Center.

Is smoking allowed onboard?
Smoking is only permitted on board if it is requested during your charter booking process and approved prior to departure.

Are animals allowed on board?
Yes. The carriage of animals is regulated by special conditions of Transportation and, therefore, it requires Charterscanner’s explicit acceptance in writing. We require the following information during the booking process in order to have your pet(s) on-board: pet breed(s), pet dimensions (height, weight) and pet passport(s). Animals can only be transported by approved and animal-friendly aircraft.

Is the carriage of firearms allowed on board?
The carriage of firearms is regulated by special conditions of Transportation and, therefore, it requires Charterscanner’s explicit acceptance in writing. Customers should make a detailed request at least 5 business days in advance of the scheduled departure, otherwise, such carriage may not be allowed.

If any special assistance during the flight is required, how can I arrange it?
Acceptance of carriage of unaccompanied children, disabled people, pregnant women, people with illnesses, or other people requiring special assistance, has to be arranged with Charterscanner at least 5 business days in advance of the scheduled departure.

What is the luggage policy?
Every aircraft has a luggage compartment that varies according to its respective capacity and all quotes are communicated to our clients prior to flight.

How confidential is my trip?

How do I use the Charterscanner platform?
To use Charterscanner and start your first private jet charter search, you will need to complete a short registration procedure and verify your account by e-mail and SMS confirmation. As part of this process, our team will contact you to ask questions which are necessary to safeguard the security and integrity of Charterscanner and to enable us to tailor the system to your preferences. We do not charge any registration fees. Charterscanner is, and always will be, totally free for all users.
